بَابُ فَضْلِ نِسَاءِ قُرَيْشٍ‌

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص‌ خَيْرُ نِسَاءٍ رَكِبْنَ الرِّحَالَ نِسَاءُ قُرَيْشٍ أَحْنَاهُ عَلَى وَلَدٍ وَ خَيْرُهُنَّ لِزَوْجٍ‌.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad ibn ‘Uthaman who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘The best of women who ever rode a camel on their wedding to the house of their husband are the women of Quraysh who are most compassionate to their children and are the best of them for their husband. 5 ”

[2]« الرحال» بالحاء المهملة جمع رحل و هو مركب البعير و لعله كناية عن إذهاب العروس إلى بيت زوجها بناء على عادة العرب من اجلاس العروس على الإبل المرحل عند ذهابها الى بيت زوجها. و« أحناه» فى النهاية: الحانية التي تقيم على ولدها و لا تتزوج شفقة و عطفا و منه الحديث في نساء القريش أحناه على ولد و ارعاه على زوج انما وحّد الضمير في امثاله ذهابا إلى المعنى تقديره احنى من وجد او خلق او من هناك. و هو كثير في العربية و من افصح الكلام.ص 326

عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَرْقِيِّ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ زِيَادٍ الْقَنْدِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي وَكِيعٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ السَّبِيعِيِّ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَعْوَرِ قَالَ

قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص‌ خَيْرُ نِسَائِكُمْ نِسَاءُ قُرَيْشٍ أَلْطَفُهُنَّ بِأَزْوَاجِهِنَّ وَ أَرْحَمُهُنَّ بِأَوْلَادِهِنَّ الْمُجُونُ لِزَوْجِهَا الْحَصَانُ لِغَيْرِهِ قُلْنَا وَ مَا الْمُجُونُ قَالَ الَّتِي لَا تَمَنَّعُ.

2. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah al-Barqiy from more than one person from Ziyad al-Qandiy from abu Waki‘ from abu Ishaq al-Sabi‘i from al-Harith al-A’war who has said the following: “‘Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘The best of your women are the women of Quraysh who are very kind to their husbands, most compassionate to their children, al-Majun with her husband and very reserved before the others . 5 We asked, ‘What is al- Majun ?’ He (the Messenger of Allah) said, ‘It is the one who does not deny her husband . 555

أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا ع قَالَ:

خَطَبَ النَّبِيُّ ص- أُمَّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي مُصَابَةٌ فِي حَجْرِي أَيْتَامٌ وَ لَا يَصْلُحُ لَكَ إِلَّا امْرَأَةٌ فَارِغَةٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص مَا رَكِبَ الْإِبِلَ مِثْلُ نِسَاءِ قُرَيْشٍ أَحْنَاهُ عَلَى وَلَدٍ وَ لَا أَرْعَى عَلَى زَوْجٍ فِي ذَاتِ يَدَيْهِ.

3. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar from abu Basir who has said the following: “One of the two Imam, (abu Ja 5 far or abu ‘Abd Allah) (a.s.), has said, ‘When the Holy Prophet, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, proposed for marriage to ‘Umm Haniy daughter of abu Talib, she said, ‘O Messenger of Allah, I am a grieved widow and I have orphans in my lap, thus, the most suitable for you is a woman who is free . 5 The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, said, ‘No women have ever ridden a camel on their wedding to the house of their husbands more compassionate to their children and caring for their husbands than the women of Quraysh .
