1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who has married a woman and has gone to bed with her. He (the Imam) said, ‘When the two organs meet mahr (dower) become obligatory.’”
