بَابُ مَنْ أَحْدَثَ قَبْلَ التَّسْلِيمِ‌

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ صَلَّى الْفَرِيضَةَ فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ وَ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ السَّجْدَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ مِنَ الرَّكْعَةِ الرَّابِعَةِ أَحْدَثَ فَقَالَ أَمَّا صَلَاتُهُ فَقَدْ مَضَتْ وَ بَقِيَ التَّشَهُّدُ وَ إِنَّمَا التَّشَهُّدُ سُنَّةٌ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ وَ لْيَعُدْ إِلَى مَجْلِسِهِ أَوْ مَكَانٍ نَظِيفٍ فَيَتَشَهَّدْ.

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from Fadalah ibn Ayyub from ibn Bukayr from ‘Ubayd ibn Zurarah who has said the following: “I once asked abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who performs obligatory Salah (prayer) but when he raises his head from the second Sajdah (prostration) of the fourth Rak’at his Wudu’ becomes invalid. He (the Imam) said, ’His Salah (prayer) is ended; what remains is Tashahhud (testimonies of belief). Tashahhud (testimonies of belief) is Sunnah (a tradition) in Salah (prayer). He takes wudu,’ returns to his place or a clean place to say Tashahhud (testimonies of belief).”’

[1]الظاهر أن الحدث الصادر بعد الفراغ من أركان الصلاة التي ظهر وجوبها بالقرآن لا يبطل الصلاة كما يدلّ كثير من الاخبار عليه و ظاهر الكليني- قدّس سرّه- قائل به و نسبها شيخنا البهائى- رحمه اللّه- الى الصدوق- رحمة اللّه عليه- فالمراد بالسنة ما ظهر وجوبه بالسنة.( آت)ص 346

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أُذَيْنَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع‌ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ مَا يَرْفَعُ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ السَّجْدَةِ الْأَخِيرَةِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَتَشَهَّدَ قَالَ

يَنْصَرِفُ فَيَتَوَضَّأُ فَإِنْ شَاءَ رَجَعَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ وَ إِنْ شَاءَ فَفِي بَيْتِهِ وَ إِنْ شَاءَ حَيْثُ شَاءَ يَقْعُدُ فَيَتَشَهَّدُ ثُمَّ يُسَلِّمُ وَ إِنْ كَانَ الْحَدَثُ بَعْدَ التَّشَهُّدِ فَقَدْ مَضَتْ صَلَاتُهُ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ‘Umar ibn ’Udhaynah from Zurarah who has said the following: “Wudu’ of a man may become invalid after he raises his head from the last Sajdah (prostration) before Tashahhud (testimonies of belief). Abu Ja’far (a.s.), has said, ’He moves to take Wudu’ and if he wants to return to Masjid or if he wants in his house, sits down to say Tashahhud (testimonies of belief) and the phrase of offering greeting of peace. If his Wudu’ becomes invalid after Tashahhud (testimonies of belief), his Salah (prayer) is passed.’”
