رَوَى السَّكُونِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ
أَوَّلُ شَيْءٍ يُبْدَأُ بِهِ مِنَ الْمَالِ الْكَفَنُ ثُمَّ الدَّيْنُ ثُمَّ الْوَصِيَّةُ ثُمَّ الْمِيرَاثُ.
[2]رواه الكليني ج 7 ص 23 بسنده المعروف عن السكونى، و عمل به الاصحاب و وجّه بأن الكفن لباس الميت و الكسوة مقدّم على الدّين، و الدّين مقدّم على الوصايا المستحبة، و الواجبة داخلة في الدّين ثمّ الميراث، و الوصايا من الثلث.( م ت).ص 193
وَ رَوَى عَاصِمُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع إِنَّ الدَّيْنَ قَبْلَ الْوَصِيَّةِ ثُمَّ الْوَصِيَّةَ عَلَى أَثَرِ الدَّيْنِ ثُمَّ الْمِيرَاثَ بَعْدَ الْوَصِيَّةِ فَإِنَّ أَوْلَى الْقَضَاءِ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ.
Hadith.5438 - Aṣim ibn Humayd narrated from Muhammad ibn Qays from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), who said that the Commander of the Faithful (as) said: "Indeed, the debt takes precedence over the will, then the will follows after the debt, and then the inheritance comes after the will. Verily, fulfilling what is prescribed in the Book of Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic, has the highest priority."

[3]حيث يقول اللّه تبارك و تعالى:« مِنْ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصِي بِها أَوْ دَيْنٍ» رواه الكليني في الصحيح و قال المولى المجلسيّ: و لو كان الدين مستوعبا للتركة لما تقدم و للإجماع.ص 193
وَ رَوَى الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ الْكَفَنُ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ.
Hadith.5439 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abdullah ibn Sinan from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as), who said: "The shroud (for burial) is to be provided from the entirety of the wealth (of the deceased)."
