A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr Al Bazanty, from Dawood Bin Al Husayn, from Abu Al Abbas who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah asws about the slave girl who gets married without a permission of her owner. He asws said: ‘It is Prohibited unto her and it would be the adultery’.
