مَنْ جَامَعَ أَمَةً حُبْلَى مِنْ غَيْرِهِ فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُعْتِقَ وَلَدَهَا وَ لَا يَسْتَرِقَّ لِأَنَّهُ شَارَكَ فِيهِ الْمَاءُ تَمَامَ الْوَلَدِ.

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Giyas Bin Ibrahim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws having said: ‘The one who sleeps with a slave girl pregnant from someone else, so upon him is that he should emancipated her child, and he should not enslave, because the water participated in him to complete the child’.
