تَعَوَّذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ طَالِحَاتِ نِسَائِكُمْ وَ كُونُوا مِنْ خِيَارِهِنَّ عَلَى حَذَرٍ وَ لَا تُطِيعُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَعْرُوفِ فَيَأْمُرْنَكُمْ بِالْمُنْكَرِ.

7. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from “Amr ibn ‘Uthman from al-Muttalib ibn Ziyad in a marfu’ manner who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘You must ask refuge with Allah against the wicked ones of your women and remain on your guard with the good ones of them. You must not listen to them in lawful matters so that they command you to do unlawful acts.’”
