الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِي الرَّجُلِ تَكُونُ عِنْدَهُ الْمَرْأَةُ فَيَتَزَوَّجُ أُخْرَى كَمْ يَجْعَلُ لِلَّتِي يَدْخُلُ بِهَا قَالَ

40. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Aban from Ibrahim ibn abu ‘Abd Allah who has said the following: “About the case of a man who marries a second wife and the amount of time for the new wife, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It (the time) is three days; thereafter he divides it between the two.’”
