عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الطَّلَاقِ إِذَا لَمْ يُطَلِّقْ لِلْعِدَّةِ فَقَالَ يُرَدُّ إِلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ.

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from certain persons of his people from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a divorce which is not with waiting period. He (the Imam) said, ‘It must be returned to the book of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious.’”
