عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ وَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ إِذَا طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا فَقَالَ قَدْ بَانَتْ مِنْهُ وَ تَزَوَّجُ إِنْ شَاءَتْ مِنْ سَاعَتِهَا.

1. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad and Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Nasr from ‘Abd al-Karim from abu Basir who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who divorces his wife with whom he has not gone to bed. He (the Imam) said, ‘She becomes stranger to him and she can marry in the same hour after divorce/”
