مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِي الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَ هِيَ حُبْلَى قَالَ

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from Hammad ibn ‘Isa from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “About the case of a woman who is pregnant and is divorced, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Her waiting period ends with childbirth and he must pay for her maintenance until she gives birth.’”
