8. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il from Muhammad ibn al-Fudayl from abu al-Sabbah al-Kinaniy who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a pregnant widow if she has the right for maintenance. He (the Imam) said, ’No, she does not have such right.’”
