5. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah from ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabalah from ibn Bukayr from ‘Ubayd ibn Zurarah who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a woman whose husband dies if she can perform al-Hajj and bear witness for rights. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, she can do so.’”
