11. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The dogs of al-Kurdiyah (Kurdish people), when you train them, are like the dogs of al-Saluqiyyah (name of town in Yemen).”’

[1]الكلاب الكردية منسوب الى الكرد و هم جيل من الناس لهم خصوصية من اللصوصية و كلابهم موصوفة بطول الشعر و ليس فيها من أمارات كلاب الصيادين و لعلّ المراد ما يقال بالفارسية« سگ پاسبان» و في القاموس السلوق- كصبور- قرية باليمن تنسب إليها الدروع و الكلاب و بلد بطرف أرمنية.ص 205
