Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from abu Jamilah from Zayd al-Shahham who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If a sheep drinks wine until it is drunk, then is slaughtered in that condition, the contents of its inside are not edible.’”

[2]عمل به الاكثر بحمله على الحرمة و زادوا فيه وجوب غسل اللحم، و حكم ابن إدريس بكراهة اللحم خاصّة. و قال في المسالك: هذا إذا ذبحها عقيب الشرب بغير فصل اما لو تراخى بحيث يستحيل المشروب لم يحرم و نجاسة البواطن حيث لم يتميز فيها عين النجاسة منتفية.( آت)ص 251
