مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جَنَاحٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا ع قَالَ:

إِذَا اكْتَهَلَ الرَّجُلُ فَلَا يَدَعُ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ بِاللَّيْلِ شَيْئاً فَإِنَّهُ أَهْدَى لِلنَّوْمِ وَ أَطْيَبُ لِلنَّكْهَةِ.

4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Sa‘id ibn Junah who has said the following: “Abu al-Hassan, al-Rida’ (a.s.), has said, ‘When a man becomes old he must not neglect eating something during the night; it brings peaceful sleep and nicer breath.’”
