عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

إِذَا وُضِعَ الْخِوَانُ فَقُلْ- بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَ إِذَا أَكَلْتَ فَقُلْ- بِسْمِ اللَّهِ عَلَى أَوَّلِهِ وَ آخِرِهِ وَ إِذَا رُفِعَ فَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Ali ibn abu Hamzah from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘When the table is prepared say, ‘In the name of Allah.’ When your eating is complete say, ‘In the name of Allah at its beginning and at its end.’ When it is removed say, ‘All praise belongs to Allah.’”
