سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ الْأَوَّلَ ع يَقُولُ لَا أَرَى بِأَكْلِ الْحُبَارَى بَأْساً وَ إِنَّهُ جَيِّدٌ لِلْبَوَاسِيرِ وَ وَجَعِ الظَّهْرِ وَ هُوَ مِمَّا يُعِينُ عَلَى كَثْرَةِ الْجِمَاعِ.

It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from Ali ibn Sulayman from Marwak ibn ‘Ubayd from Nashit ibn Salih who has said the following: “I once heard abu al-Hassan (a.s.), saying, ‘It is not unlawful to eat the meat of al- Habara ’ (bustard). It is good for hemorrhoids and back-pain and it helps increase the ability to go to bed with one’s wife.’”
