عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَقُولُ‌ عَلَيْكُمْ بِالرُّمَّانِ فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَأْكُلْهُ جَائِعٌ إِلَّا أَجْزَأَهُ وَ لَا شَبْعَانُ إِلَّا أَمْرَأَهُ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from and Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Ibrahim ibn ‘Abd al-Hamid who has said the following: “I once heard Aba ‘Abdillah (a.s.), saying, ‘ 'You should eat pomegranate, for no one who is hungry eats it except that it will satisfy him, and no one who is full eats it except that it will make him feel more fulfilled.'"
