11. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim who has said the following: “I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘If one eats a pomegranate before breakfast his heart remains bright for forty days.’”
