مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ لَحْماً فَلْيَدْخُلِ الْحَمَّامَ يَوْماً وَ يَغِبُّ يَوْماً وَ مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَضْمُرَ وَ كَانَ كَثِيرَ اللَّحْمِ فَلْيَدْخُلِ الْحَمَّامَ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.

11. Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from Ali ibn Ahmad ibn ‘Ushaym from Sufayman af-Ja‘fariy who has said the foifowing: “He (the Imam) has said, ‘If one wants to gain weight he should use a bathhouse one day and the day after the next day but if one is heavy and wants to lose weight he should use a bathhouse every day.”’
