15. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is a matter of rights that a person riding say to the one walking, ‘the road ’ (meaning please open the road, to inform him of his presence).’ In another copy it is said that a rider saying to one walking ‘the road ’ is of injustice.’”

[2]لعله من كلام تلامذة الكليني الذين صححوا الكافي و ضبطوه كالصفوانى و النعمانيّ و غيرهما و يحتمل أن يكون من كلام الكليني بان يكون في نسخ كتاب ابن أبي عمير او عليّ بن إبراهيم اختلاف فأشار إليه و على هذه النسخة لعله محمول على ما إذا كان هناك طريق آخر يمكنه ان يثنى عنانه إليه.( آت) و قال الفيض- رحمه اللّه-: معناه ان جملة حقوق الماشى على الراكب أن ينبهه بموضع دابته لكى يأخذ حذره.ص 540
