2. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from Hammad ibn ‘Uthman from ‘Abd al-‘ Ala’ Mawla’ Ale Sam who has said the following: “I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘The first pigeon in Makkah was the pigeon of Tsma‘il ‘Alayhi al-Salam.’”
