عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ جَمِيعاً عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ الْعِجْلِيِّ قَالَ:

سُئِلَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع- عَنْ رَجُلٍ اغْتَصَبَ امْرَأَةً فَرْجَهَا قَالَ يُقْتَلُ مُحْصَناً كَانَ أَوْ غَيْرَ مُحْصَنٍ.

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father and Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, altogether from Ibn Mahboub, from Abu Ayoub, from Bureyd Al ajaly who said, ‘Abu Ja’far asws was asked about a man who raped a woman of her chastity. He asws said: ‘He should be killed, whether he was married or without marriage’.
