Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Ali Bin Hadeed,f rom Jameel, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far asws regarding a man who raped a woman of herself. He asws said: ‘He should be struck with the sword, it reaches from it what reaches (whatever may happen from it, whether he lives of dies)’.
