أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حَدِيدٍ عَنْ جَمِيلٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع فِي رَجُلٍ غَصَبَ امْرَأَةً نَفْسَهَا قَالَ

Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Ali Bin Hadeed,f rom Jameel, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far asws regarding a man who raped a woman of herself. He asws said: ‘He should be struck with the sword, it reaches from it what reaches (whatever may happen from it, whether he lives of dies)’.
