مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ وَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حُمْرَانَ جَمِيعاً عَنْ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ:

قُلْتُ لِأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع الرَّجُلُ يَغْصِبُ الْمَرْأَةَ نَفْسَهَا قَالَ يُقْتَلُ.

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ibn Abu Najran, from Jameel Bin Darraj and Muhammad Bin Humran, altogether, from Zurara who said, ‘I said to Abu Ja’far asws , ‘The man rapes the woman of herself’. He asws said: ‘He should be killed’.
