مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ رِبَاطٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

إِذَا أُقِيمَ عَلَى السَّارِقِ الْحَدُّ نُفِيَ إِلَى بَلْدَةٍ أُخْرَى.

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ibn Mahboub, from Ali Bin Al Hassan Bin Rabat, from Ibn Muskaan, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws having said: ‘When the Penalty ( Hadd ) is established upon the thief, he is exiled for another city’.
