عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِي الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ الْحُدُودُ مِنْهَا الْقَتْلُ قَالَ

تُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ الْحُدُودُ ثُمَّ يُقْتَلُ.
English translationHubeAli
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, form Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad Bin Usman, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws regarding the man who happens to have (several) Penalties due upon him, from these is the killing. He asws said: ‘The (other) Penalties would be established (first), then he would be killed’.
