عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

مَنْ أُخِذَ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ وَ قَدْ أَفْطَرَ فَرُفِعَ إِلَى الْإِمَامِ يُقْتَلُ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ.

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Abu Baseer, Abu Abdullah asws has said: ‘The one who is seized in a Month of Ramazan and he had broken his Fast, so it is raised to the Imam asws , he asws would kill him during the third (offence)’.
