عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

الْعَمْدُ الَّذِي يَضْرِبُ بِالسِّلَاحِ أَوِ الْعَصَا لَا يُقْلِعُ عَنْهُ حَتَّى يُقْتَلَ وَ الْخَطَأُ الَّذِي لَا يَتَعَمَّدُهُ.
English translationHubeAli
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Muhammad Bin Sinan, from Al A’ala Bin Al Fuzayl, Abu Abdullah asws has said: ‘The deliberation is in which he strikes with the sword, or the stick (and) does not stop from it until he kills; and the error is in which he does not anticipate it (the killing)’.
