عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص فِي جَنِينِ الْهِلَالِيَّةِ حَيْثُ رُمِيَتْ بِالْحَجَرِ فَأَلْقَتْ مَا فِي بَطْنِهَا غُرَّةَ عَبْدٍ أَوْ أَمَةٍ.
English translationHubeAli
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws having said: ‘Rasool-Allah saww judged regarding a foetus of Al-Hilaliya when she was pelted by a rock, so she miscarried what was in her belly, a compensation of a (male) servant, or a (female) servant’.
