مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

إِنْ وُجِدَ قَتِيلٌ بِأَرْضِ فَلَاةٍ أُدِّيَتْ دِيَتُهُ مِنْ بَيْتِ الْمَالِ فَإِنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع كَانَ يَقُولُ لَا يَبْطُلُ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ.

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Ali Bin Abu Hamza, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah asws having said: ‘A dead body was found in the wilderness, is wergild is paid from the public treasury, for Amir Al-Momineen asws was saying: ‘Blood of a Muslim person would not be invalidated’.
