كَتَبَ بُنْدَارُ مَوْلَى إِدْرِيسَ يَا سَيِّدِي نَذَرْتُ أَنْ أَصُومَ كُلَّ يَوْمِ سَبْتٍ فَإِنْ أَنَا لَمْ أَصُمْهُ مَا يَلْزَمُنِي مِنَ الْكَفَّارَةِ فَكَتَبَ وَ قَرَأْتُهُ لَا تَتْرُكْهُ إِلَّا مِنْ عِلَّةٍ وَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْكَ صَوْمُهُ فِي سَفَرٍ وَ لَا مَرَضٍ إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ نَوَيْتَ ذَلِكَ وَ إِنْ كُنْتَ أَفْطَرْتَ مِنْهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ عِلَّةٍ فَتَصَدَّقْ بِعَدَدِ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ لِسَبْعَةِ مَسَاكِينَ نَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ التَّوْفِيقَ لِمَا يُحِبُّ وَ يَرْضَى.

10. Abu Ali al-Ash‘ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Ali ibn Mahziyar from who has narrated the following: “Bundar, maxvla of Idris, once wrote, ‘My master, I made a vow and commitment to fast every Saturday; and if I did not fast what is the expiation?’ He (the Imam) wrote and I read it, ‘Do not stop fasting except because of illness, and you do not have to fast when on a journey or during your illness unless you had the intention to do so. If you stop fasting without illness and good reason, then pay charity for every day missed to seven destitute people, we ask Allah to grant good opportunity for doing what He loves and pleases.’”

[2]قال السيّد في شرح النافع: المشهور بين الاصحاب أنّه لو شرط صومه سفرا و حضرا صام و ان اتفق في السفر و المستند صحيحة عليّ بن مهزيار و يظهر من المصنّف في كتاب الصوم التوقف في هذا الحكم حيث اسنده الى قول مشهور، و قال في المعتبر: لضعف الرواية جعلناه قولا مشهورا و كان وجه ضعفها الاضمار و اشتمالها على ما لم يقل به أحد من وجوب الصوم في المرض إذا نوى ذلك و إلا فهي صحيحة السند و المسألة قوية الاشكال.( آت).ص 456
[3]كذا في التهذيب أيضا و الصدوق- رحمه اللّه- نقل في الفقيه مضمون الخبر فذكر عشرة مكان سبعة و كذا في المقنع على ما نقل عنه و هو الظاهر مؤيدا للاخبار الدالة على الكفّارة الصغرى و اللّه يعلم.( آت)ص 456
