سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَقُولُ الْإِسْلَامُ يُحْقَنُ بِهِ الدَّمُ وَ تُؤَدَّى بِهِ الْأَمَانَةُ وَ تُسْتَحَلُّ بِهِ الْفُرُوجُ وَ الثَّوَابُ عَلَى الْإِيمَانِ.

Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from al-Husayn ibn Sa’id from Hakam ibn Ayman from Qasim associate of al-Mufaddal who has said that he heard Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) say the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘Islam is to protect life, return the trust and make marriages lawful. Reward, however, comes from belief.’”
