Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father and Muhammad ibn Isma’il from Fadl ibn Shadhan from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn al-Hakam from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following: “The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘(Due to) walking out on another person (separation) should not continue more than three days.’”
