مَنْ أَذَاعَ عَلَيْنَا حَدِيثَنَا فَهُوَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ مَنْ جَحَدَنَا حَقَّنَا قَالَ وَ قَالَ لِمُعَلَّى بْنِ خُنَيْسٍ الْمُذِيعُ حَدِيثَنَا كَالْجَاحِدِ لَهُ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from Muhammad al-Khazzaz from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘Whoever publicizes our (confidential) Hadith is like one who has denied our rights.’ The Imam (a.s.) had also said to al-Mu’alla ibn khunays, ‘One who publicizes our Hadith is like one who rejects them.’”

[2]يدل على أن المذيع و الجاحد متشاركين في عدم الايمان و براءة الامام منهم و فعل ما يوجب لحوق الضرر، بل ضرر الإذاعة أقوى لان ضرر الجحد يعود إلى الجاحد و ضرر الإذاعة يعود إلى المذيع و إلى المعصوم و إلى المؤمنين و لعلّ مخاطبة المعلى بذلك لانه كان قليل التحمل لاسرارهم و صار ذلك سببا لقتله( آت).ص 370
