قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع ادْعُ اللَّهَ لَنَا فَقَالَ- اللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْهُمْ صِدْقَ الْحَدِيثِ وَ أَدَاءَ الْأَمَانَةِ وَ الْمُحَافَظَةَ عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّهُمْ أَحَقُّ خَلْقِكَ أَنْ تَفْعَلَهُ بِهِمُ اللَّهُمَّ وَ افْعَلْهُ بِهِمْ.

13. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘Umayr from al- Husayn ibn ‘Atiyyah from Zayd ibn al-Sa’Igh who has said the following: “Once I said to abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) ‘Please, pray to Allah for us.’ The Imam said, ‘O Lord, give them truthfulness in their words (Hadith), safe keeping of their trust and punctuality for prayer, O Lord, they are the most deserving, among Your creatures, of Your favors, O Lord, grant them favors.’”
