مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ شَاذَانَ بْنِ الْخَلِيلِ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْمَضْمَضَةِ وَ الِاسْتِنْشَاقِ قَالَ لَيْسَ هُمَا مِنَ الْوُضُوءِ هُمَا مِنَ الْجَوْفِ.

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Shadhan ibn al-Khalil from Yunus ibn ‘Abd al- Rahman from Hammad from abu Basir who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about rinsing one’s mouth and nostrils. He (the Imam) said, ‘They are not part of Wudu’.’”
