7. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Najran from ‘Asim ibn Humayd from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “I once, asked Abu Ja’far (a.s.), about rules of Wudu’ in the case of a cut-off hand or leg. He (the Imam) said, ‘One must wash them.’”

[1]قوله:« قال: يغسلهما» يحتمل أن يكون المراد السؤال عن اليد و الرجل المقطوعين المنفصلين عن البدن هل يجب غسل الميت فيهما و يكون الجواب الامر بتغسيلهما غسل الميت فذكر الحديث في هذا الباب غير مناسب( الحبل المتين).ص 29
