مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنِ الْعَمْرَكِيِّ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ع قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْمَيِّتِ هَلْ يُغَسَّلُ فِي الْفَضَاءِ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ وَ إِنْ سُتِرَ بِسِتْرٍ فَهُوَ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ.

6. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from al-‘Amrakiy from Ali ibn Ali ibn Ja‘far from his brother, abu al-Hassan (a.s.), who has said the following: “I once asked abu al-Hassan (a.s.), Is it permissible to give Ghusl (bath) to a dead body in the open? He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not harmful, but I prefer that it is covered with a covering.’”
