Certain persons of our people have narrated from Ali ibn al-Hassan al-Mithamiy from Harun ibn Hamzah from certain persons of our people who has said the following: “Ali ibn al-Husayn (a.s.), has said that a creature does not die until the seed from which it is created comes out through his mouth or his eye.”

[3]في بعض النسخ[ أو من غيره]. و روى الصدوق- رحمه اللّه- في العلل هذا المضمون باسانيد قوية و ظاهرها خروج المنى الأول بعينها من عينه أو فيه. و يمكن أن يحفظ اللّه تعالى جزءا من تلك النطفة في بدنه مدة حياته و يحتمل أن يكون المراد ان هذا الماء من جنس النطفة فعلة الغسل مشتركة.( آت)ص 163
