مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ قَالَ:

18. Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), if a woman is required to say Adhan and ‘Iqamah. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, she is not required.’”

[2]في المدارك: قد اجمع الاصحاب على مشروعية الاذان للنساء و لا يتأكد في حقهن و يجوز أن تؤذن للنساء و يعتدن به، قال في المعتبر ص 161: و عليه علماؤنا. و لو أذنت للمحارم فكالاذان للنساء و اما الاجانب فقد قطع الاكثر بانهم لا يعتدون و ظاهر المبسوط الاعتداد به.( آت).ص 305
