عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا ع قَالَ:

تَرْفَعُ يَدَيْكَ فِي افْتِتَاحِ الصَّلَاةِ قُبَالَةَ وَجْهِكَ وَ لَا تَرْفَعْهُمَا كُلَّ ذَلِكَ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj from Zurarah who has said the following: “One of the two Imam, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘Raise your hands when commencing Salah (prayer) on the sides of your face and do not raise them all the way farther.’”
