قَالَ: إِذَا قُرِئَ شَيْءٌ مِنَ الْعَزَائِمِ الْأَرْبَعِ فَسَمِعْتَهَا فَاسْجُدْ وَ إِنْ كُنْتَ عَلَى غَيْرِ وُضُوءٍ وَ إِنْ كُنْتَ جُنُباً وَ إِنْ كَانَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ لَا تُصَلِّي وَ سَائِرُ الْقُرْآنِ أَنْتَ فِيهِ بِالْخِيَارِ إِنْ شِئْتَ سَجَدْتَ وَ إِنْ شِئْتَ لَمْ تَسْجُدْ.

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn abu Hamzah from abu Basir from who has said the following: “He (the Imam) (a.s.), has said, ‘If anything of the four al-‘Aza’’im is read and you hear them, perform Sajdah (prostration), even if you are not with a valid Wudu’, or have experienced sexual relation, even if a woman does not perform Salah (prayer) (due to Hayd (menses)). In the case of the rest of al-Quran, you can perform Sajdah (prostration) or do not perform, it is your choice.’”

[2]قال الشهيد في الذكرى: هذه الرواية يتضمن وجوب السجود إذا صلى بصلاة التالى لها و هو غير مستقيم إذ لا تقره في الفريضة عزيمة على الأصحّ و لا يجوز القدوة في النافلة إجماعا. قال الشيخ في الحبل المتين: و هو كما ترى اذ الحمل على الصلاة خلف المخالف ممكن و المصلى خلفه و إن قرأ لنفسه إلّا أن صلاته بصلاته في الظاهر و القدوة في بعض النوافل كالاستسقاء و الغدير و العيدين مع اختلال الشرائط سائغة.( الحبل المتين ص 246)ص 318
