تَقُولُ فِي سَجْدَتَيِ السَّهْوِ- بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَ بِاللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ الْحَلَبِيُّ وَ سَمِعْتُهُ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى يَقُولُ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَ بِاللَّهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَ رَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهُ

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Hafabiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘In the two Sajdah (prostration) because of mistake say, ‘In the name of Allah and with Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause.’ Al-Halabiy has said that I heard him (the Imam) in another time say, ‘In the name of Allah and with Allah, O Holy prophet, Allah has granted you kindness and blessings.”’
