سَأَلْتُ أَحَدَهُمَا ع عَنْ رَجُلٍ صَلَّى بِقَوْمٍ رَكْعَتَيْنِ فَأَخْبَرَهُمْ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَى وُضُوءٍ قَالَ يُتِمُّ الْقَوْمُ صَلَاتَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْإِمَامِ ضَمَانٌ.

3. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn Hadid from Jamil from Zurarah who has said the following: “I once asked one of the two Imam, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, about a man who leads a people in Salah (prayer) of two Rak‘at and then informs them that he does not have a valid Wudu’. He (the Imam) said, ‘People must complete their Salah (prayer); there is no responsibility on Imam.’”

[3]اذ لو كان عليه ضمان كانت صلاتهم تابعة لصلاته فتبطل ببطلانها و ما قيل من أن المراد لا يضمن اتمام صلاتهم فلا يخفى ما فيه من البعد و المشهور عدم الإعادة فيما إذا علم فسق الامام أو كفره أو كونه على غير طهارة بعد الصلاة و كذا في الاثناء و نقل عن المرتضى و ابن الجنيد انهما اوجبا الإعادة و حكى عن الصدوق في الفقيه عن بعض مشايخه أنّه سمعهم يقولون: ليس عليهم إعادة شيء مما جهر فيه و عليهم إعادة ما صلى بهم ممّا لم يجهر فيه.( آت)ص 378
