أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَلْبَسَ الْقَمِيصَ الْمَكْفُوفَ بِالدِّيبَاجِ وَ يَكْرَهُ لِبَاسَ الْحَرِيرِ وَ لِبَاسَ الْوَشْيِ- وَ يَكْرَهُ الْمِيثَرَةَ الْحَمْرَاءَ فَإِنَّهَا مِيثَرَةُ إِبْلِيسَ

27. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from al-Barqiy from his father from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd from al-Qasim ibn Sulayman from Jarrah al-Mad’iniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that he disliked wearing a shirt which has brocaded hems, cloths of silk embroideries and red saddlecloth; it is a saddlecloth of Satan.’”:
