2. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from Hammad ibn ‘Uthaman from Ma‘mar ibn Yahya who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘There is not any Salah (prayer) on the day of al-Fitr or al- Adha’ except with Imam.”’

[4]قال صاحب المدارك ص 197: استحباب الصلاة على الانفراد مع تعذر الجماعة قول أكثر الاصحاب و نقل عن ظاهر الصدوق في المقنع و ابن أبي عقيل عدم مشروعية الانفراد فيها مطلقا و احتج لهما في المختلف بصحيحة محمّد بن مسلم و الجواب بالحمل على نفى الوجوب جمعا بين الأدلة.ص 459
