2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from certain individuals of our people in a marfu’ manner who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that if a man is sad and depressed about something or because of an unfulfilled wish, he should perform two Rak‘at Salah (prayer). In one he should recite Chapter 112 of the Holy Quran one thousand times and in the second Rak‘at once, then ask for his wish.”
