5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad, from Hariz from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about gold and the amount of its Zakat. He (the Imam) said, ‘Once its value amounts up to two hundred dirham then Zakat is payable.’”

[1]قوله:« إذا بلغ قيمته» لم يعمل بظاهره أحد و حمل على القيمة في الزمان السابق حيث كان يسوى كل دينار عشرة دراهم و قال في المدارك: دلت هذه الرواية و صحيحة الحلبية الآتية على وجوب الزكاة في الذهب إذا بلغت قيمته مائتي درهم و ذلك عشرون دينارا لان قيمة كل دينار في ذلك الزمان كانت عشرة دراهم على ما نص عليه الاصحاب و غيرهم و لذلك خير الشارع في أبواب الديات و الجنايات بينهما و جعلها سواء.( آت)ص 516
